Your role as the Concierge is to maintain the first impression of the company, to meet and greet internal and external clients and to be responsible for the overall front office activities.

This part time role will require the successful applicant to work 27.5 hours per week across Monday 8:30 - 5:00, Tuesday 9:30 - 2:00, Thursday 8:30 - 5:00, Friday 8:30 - 5:00


  • Present the first impression of the company by greeting visitors and directing them to the correct team member and/or department
  • Answer all incoming calls and ensure connection to correct department
  • Receive and direct incoming deliveries
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties
  • Managing the reception area and keeping it tidy
  • Managing all meeting rooms to ensure they look presentable
  • General administration tasks
  • Book and receive courier mail/packages


  • Previous experience within a reception or concierge position
  • Clerical experience, involving a range of office administration responsibilities
  • Demonstrated face to face customer service experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and use time management with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products in particular MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Must be professional, outgoing, friendly and confident
